These energy rebalancing sessions treat all of your bodies including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. They include an intuitive blend of reiki, sound, and vibration. Time is spent on each energy center (chakra) to restore a harmonious flow of energy through your energetic body as well as your auric field.
Both tuning forks and reiki work together to alleviate stress and tension in the body. These energies support your bodies in fully relaxing and as your parasympathetic nervous system takes over your body's natural healing processes are heightened. These sessions are intended to clear energy blockages, release stagnant energy, and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit!

Take an immersive inner journey through various healing sounds, vibrations, and frequencies! A variety of instruments are used: platonic year earth gong, crystal bowls, hand drum, kenari chimes, ocean drum, flow chimes, koshi chimes, and flute.
These sessions provide a space for you to fully relax and come home to yourself. Your brain shifts into a theta dominant brain wave state encouraging deep meditation and relaxing. Some of the instruments are tuned to your energy centers (chakras), helping to release density and bring balance to your bodies. Together they help clear your subconscious, unlock blocked emotions, and bring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is infused into the experience.
